Louis COLLOMB reminded the several decades of collaboration between the ports in Le Havre and Guadeloupe. He recalled that the partnership had been instrumental in the establishment of a paperless data exchange in the logistics chain, through the platform managed by SA CEI.BA since 2002, for the port community in Guadeloupe.

He pointed out that this platform is the first Caribbean Single contact Port facility that has additionally been extended to airport operations since 2012.
