• 1997: Seminar on computerized data exchange organized by UMEP, the UDE MEDEF and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry: raising awareness of the professionals in the chain of shipping and port and the politics particularly the Regional Council of Guadeloupe.
• 2000: Registration in the Region's DOCUP of a community computerized platform for the port.

• 2000: Decision of UMEP to entrust the management and the exploitation of the platform to UBD Guadeloupe Ltd.
• 2001: transformation of UBD Guadeloupe Ltd into ITS CEI.BA.
• 2002: Opening of the capital to all the port operators.
• 2003: Beginning of the deployment of goods' processing by the platform on the port of Jarry
• 2003: Signature of a partnership agreement with the customs
• 2004: Ships manifestoes' directly transmitted by electronic in the platform
• 2005: Deployment of the electronic demand of transport , training in export
• 2005: December 2005: 96 % of the goods in the maritime import are processed by the platform
• 2006: Deployment of the export module
• 2006: Commitment in the CLOVIS project
